The most common reason for this is that you may have logged into the app with a different email address (or created a new account by mistake) - which is easy to do with social sign in.
Try sign in with some of your other email addresses, or contact Tankmate support to check if any of those are active.
The second and less common reason could be that the sensor has been removed / deleted from the account. The app has a feature to allow users to do this.
To add a sensor back onto an account:
- Put the sensor into BluConnect mode - by holding the RESET button for 8 seconds
- Make sure that the sensor is blinking dark blue continuously - this indicates it is in BluConnect mode
- In the mobile app, add it as a new sensor.
