The current radar settings will allow the sensor to read up to a distance/height of around 4.3m.
The width/diameter of the tank doesn't matter at all, but if the tank is more than 4m high (measured from roof to tank base/floor) then the sensor may have some inaccurate readings when the level gets quite low.
