I'm getting regular readings but the levels haven’t changed. What can I do?

If you are getting regular readings through the App or web portal (check the reading date and time) and the water level is staying exactly the same but you know it should have changed, then it's possible there might be something interfering with the reading.


Try the following steps:

  • Check that there are no obstructions (pipes etc) which might be interfering with the radar.
  • Check that the sensor is mounted at least 300mm away from any tank walls or dividers.
  • If the sensor is mounted on a corrugated roof, remove the sensor and test elsewhere to see if the corrugations are impacting the readings.
  • Take the sensor off the tank and check for any condensation/moisture build-up on the lens or underside of the sensor. Dry all areas if you find any moisture.
  • Then try taking a manual reading by pushing the READ button to see if the water level reading changes.
