My sensor is not taking scheduled readings, but works with a manual reading. What can I do?

It's possible that the schedule settings have become corrupt, if so there's a very simple fix, which involves overwriting the schedule and then overwriting again once it's back working as planned.

Follow the below steps to fix a corrupt schedule:

1. In the TankMate App, change the reading interval to hourly/24 times a day, and click the save settings button. (if the settings are already on 24, change to 48, save, then change back to 24 and save again)

2. Take a manual reading by briefly pushing the button and checking that it cycles through the colours of light green, light blue and then flashing amber. You should get an updated reading in the App shortly afterwards (swipe down in the dashboard to refresh if it doesn't automatically come through).

3. Wait for an hour or so and check to see if the unit sends new readings as scheduled. Based on the setting of 24, you should expect it to take readings every 60 minutes or so.

4. Once you are happy the sensor is waking on schedule as expected, you can change the reading interval back to your original setting (don't forget to save settings), and you should expect the sensor to adjust and continue the new schedule moving forward from the next time it wakes up.
