My App subscription information is not correct

We recently released an updated version of our TankMate App through the Google and Apple Play Stores. Part of the reason for the update was to correct errors in subscription links for some customer accounts.


If you are experiencing subscription issues, first check to see you have the latest version of the TankMate App from your relevant App Store.


For Google users, the latest version as at 7 January 2026 is Version 4.3.2 Build 46002.

For Apple users, the latest version as at 7 January 2026 is Version 4.1.2 Build 2.

This information can be found under the Settings -> About page.


(Please note: after updating, the App can sometimes take a few minutes to synchronise in the back-end, so if it doesn’t immediately appear correct then please give it 5-10 minutes after updating to see if it’s merely a syncing delay issue before letting us know if you still have an issue).
