Yes, you can setup email alerts through our web portal.
You can find a link to the web portal in the TankMate online option in the top menu of our website, or click here.
You will need to use the same email and password that you use for the TankMate App to log into the portal.
Once logged in, click on the Alerts menu on the left hand side. Select the sensor you want to put the alert on from in the drop-down box,
Enter an email address in Email Addresses section, and click the green Add Email button. Your email should now show in the list.
Then toggle the alert button for the High or Low Tank Level alert to ON, specify the threshold amount in litres and click the green Save Settings button.
