My TankMate (R3L) cellular sensor is not sending data. What do I do?

First, check the physical sensor unit. Remove the sensor from the tank and:

  • Check if the unit turns on when the READ button is pressed (LED will blink, buzzer will beep)
  • If the unit is unresponsive, check the sensor’s batteries
  • Ensure that your location has sufficient cellular coverage. Flashing light green, then light blue means it's connecting to the cellular network ok. If it flashes red at any time, then it means that the sensor is not able to connect to the cellular network.
